A doctor (who is attached to the Mobile Medical Van), visits Chaitanya once in fortnight for check-up of residents. The doctor stays in the village and is available for consultation in case of need. An ambulance with a driver is available on the premises.
Government Primary Health Centre and a chemist shop are in the vicinity. Doctors are accessible at village Parali, which is 3kms away. The Dhirubai Ambani Hospital at Rasayani is 35kms away. Our permanent residents are registered with this hospital.
Mobile medical Van
Mathura Foundation has a Jt. Venture with J. V. Gokal Trust which is working for the benefit of needy and underprivileged community of rural Maharashtra. It runs “Mobile Clinic” in Sudhagad-Pali taluka of Raigad district of Maharashtra.
This mobile clinic offers doctor’ consultation, medicines and primary aid to villagers in and around Jambhulpada village. Every week this mobile clinic visits 22 villages and offers health services free of cost to the residents of these villages.
The mobile clinic is well equipped with trained staff, medicines and consummables. In financial year 2017-18, more than 22,000 (Twenty Two Thousand) residents have been benefited by the services of this mobile clinic.
